Returns and Exchanges

At Arbgrpound, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with our gift wrapping services and handmade products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Our return policy is designed to be fair and transparent while protecting the custom nature of our work.

Gift Wrapping Services

Due to the custom nature of our gift wrapping services, returns are not applicable as each piece is created specifically for your order. However, if you are not satisfied with the final result, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your wrapped gift.

We will work with you to resolve any issues, which may include:

  • Re-wrapping at no additional cost
  • Adjustments to meet your expectations
  • Partial refund if the service cannot be corrected to your satisfaction

Handmade Products

Handmade products may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging with all tags and labels attached.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Custom or personalized items (unless there is a defect or error on our part)
  • Items that have been used, damaged, or altered
  • Items returned after the 14-day return period
  • Items without original packaging or tags

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at info@arbgrpound.world or (555) 991-4422 within the return period
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. We will review your request and provide you with return instructions and a return authorization number (RMA)
  4. Package the item securely in its original packaging (if available) and include the RMA number
  5. Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method
  6. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund via email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Please note:

  • Refunds may take additional time to appear in your account depending on your bank or credit card company
  • We reserve the right to refuse a refund if items are returned in unacceptable condition
  • Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment used for the original purchase

Shipping Costs

Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless:

  • The return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective product, etc.)
  • The item was damaged during shipping
  • We specifically agree to cover return shipping in your case

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery) with photos of the damage or defect. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.

We take quality seriously and will work quickly to resolve any issues with damaged or defective products.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

This process ensures you receive a fresh, new item and allows us to maintain our quality standards.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund yet, please:

  1. Check your bank account or credit card statement again
  2. Contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted
  3. If you've completed these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us with your order number and we will investigate
